If you have questions about merch, shipping, or just have questions in general, you've come to the right page!




SHIPPING FAQ

I use USPS First Class as my default choice of shipping - as it keeps things cheaper for both me and you! If you want to upgrade an order to a more secure or faster form of shipping (ex: FedEx, Priority Mail, etc.), send me a message through my contact page and I can give you a quote!

Due to my full time job, I am only able to ship consistently on Saturdays, unless my boyfriend is willing to drop off packages on occasion. If for any reason you need a package within a limited time frame, please reach out to me. 



PREORDER UPDATES

I post updates on any preorders to my twitter, but I can also answer any preorder questions via email! I typically respond within 24hrs, unless I am away at a convention.



EU SHIPPING

I currently am not accepting any orders through my website to the EU due to VAT prices and the nightmare that is shipping from the US to the EU, but I will be posting some of my items to my Etsy (<- insert link) and can add specific items if people request them, and plan to accept EU orders over there.


I HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT/NEED TO MAKE A CHANGE TO MY ORDER - WHAT SHOULD I DO?

REFUND/RETURNS POLICY

I only issue refunds/returns if the product arrives damaged, and it is on a case-by-case basis.
Ex: if your charm arrives with a scratch or chip (not just on the protective film, but the acrylic itself) I can send you a replacement (you would need to send the damaged item back to me, so I can correct the issue with my manufacturer) or I can issue you a refund.

As a small business owner I cannot afford to issue refunds due to reasons such as having a change of heart, so please be sure you want the item when purchasing! 

If your item arrives damaged, please be prepared to send me pictures of the damaged part(s), as well as photos of the packaging, so I can determine whether the fault was on my end or the post office, and how to best prevent a similar occurrence from happening in the future.
